Urgent orders can be made within 20 days with a surcharge of 20%. SHIPPING OPTION International standard shipping takes 2-3 weeks. Express delivery within 5-7 days is paid additionally. PERSONALIZATIO AND CUSTOMIZATION I create dresses for all our brides according to their individual measurements (I send a detailed description and diagrams on how to take measurements correctly) and wishes. REMOTE ORDER SERVICE It is important for me that every bride gets the dress she wants. Therefore, I discuss all the details very carefully. I clarify all the questions that appear: color, namely shade, decor, fabrics. I send a lot of photos and videos. – I send diagrams and a description of how to correctly take measurements. – You will receive a sketch of the dress from me, which I will add to the package. – I can also send fabric samples so that you can make sure of the quality of the fabrics. – You will receive photos of the dress making process. – I will send you photos of your finished dress before shipping. – If the dress needs correction, I am ready to make them (the main thing is to warn me in advance and discuss everything). It is important that there is enough time before the wedding. Of course, it would be easier for me if it were possible to try on the dress at my workshop in Ukraine. But I understand that this is impossible in most cases. That’s why I carefully set up the order process so that our cooperation is safe for you and you get exactly the dress you want. REFUND Unfortunately, personalized dresses cannot be returned. But ready-made dresses from collections can be returned within 7 days after receipt.
