This charming royal blue party gown is made of highest quality satin, crystal tulle, greek tulle, and has a built-in petticoat. It has a rich fluffy court trail skirt part and the bodice has a soft satin lining. The outlines of the bodice are embellished with rhinestones and the skirt and the fluffy shoulders have scattered crystals. The back of the preteen tutu dress has lace-up stripes so that it can be adjusted to fit perfectly on your princess. Your flower girl gown is handmade and will be customized for your little girl’s size. If this preteen outfit is a gift, please use the gift message box so we can insert a note in the package. I don’t accept returns or exchanges for customized dresses, therefore please make sure that you send the measurements precisely as described. Minor adjustments are free of charge but it may be subject to an extra charge if any of the measurements go beyond our standard sizes. Due to the nature of the dresses – handmade to order for special occasions – I don’t accept returns. However, if the standard size dress you bought does not fit, I may accept exchanges within the terms stated in my shipping policy. In such a case you will have to send it back to Turkey and all the shipment costs both ways plus the Turkish customs charges will be paid by yourselves.
