These are regular length leggings – made to a 31 inch inseam when worn with my garter shorts. If worn barefoot, I recommend this length for heights around 5’4″-5’6″. With 3″ heels, 31″ leggings correspond to heights around 5’2″-5’4″. My garter leggings pattern is epic – hugging the knees just right, then flaring out to a full bellbottom at the hem.
