This fabulous dress has a tulle underskirt and taffeta lining. The straps are decorated with rhinestones and it has a cute shelf bust that is ruched. It also has a nipped waist, full circular skirt and a metal zipper up the back. Please note: There are a few small holes at the hemline here and there but they are not visible when worn.
